MI FARMA through these General Conditions of Purchase offers its users and visitors the possibility of making the online purchase of pharmacy products, parapharmacy, herbalist, optics, orthopedics, cosmetics, beauty, hygiene, among other products; besides establishing communication with the user.

MI FARMA may alter at any time and without prior notice, the design, presentation and/or configuration of the Website, as well as some or all services.

1.3.- Acceptance of the particular conditions of purchase.

MIFARMA offers you a virtual store that offers all kinds of pharmacy, beauty, health and parapharmacy products organized in families, to make it easier for you to find them.

All the prices shown are final prices, and the Value Added Tax (VAT) applicable in Spain at the time of the purchase is expressly included, without prejudice to the fact that the user will have at all times information disaggregated of the price of the product.

2.3.- Availability of the products.

The selection of products offered through our online store is valid as long as the products are visible, with the available stock limits. When dealing with electronic commerce, the stock is updated online, so it could happen, eventually, that during the purchase process stock is depleted, therefore, in these cases, it is not possible to continue with the purchase started.

2.4.- How is the order processed?

2.5.- Transportation and Shipping costs.

The shipping and/or management costs are not included in the price and will be shown to the Customer before finalizing their purchase, depending on the shipping address of each order and the transport provider freely chosen by the Customer.

Regarding the shipping method that you select, they are established by the transport operators with whom we work with delivery times. MIFARMA is not responsible for any delay caused by transportation due to:

2.6.- What means of payment can I use?

The payment will be made at the end of the purchase process and will be an essential condition for the formalization of it. In any case, the choice of the method of payment is made during the purchase process in the corresponding screen.

We accept the following payment systems:

  • Payment by credit or debit card. Through the secure SSL connection, it connects with Redsys, so that banking data is transmitted directly and securely, so that MIFARMA does not have access to them or store them.

The Secure Electronic Commerce system is based on the card issuer (bank or savings bank) identifying the holder of the card before authorizing the Internet payment. MIFARMA has a payment system with debit or credit card with Redsys so, once you have selected the product to be purchased and entered your card number, a window of Redsys opens that communicates with your bank or card issuer of payment that asks for your identification.

The data of your card and the password are protected by this security system from the moment of its introduction. Once the identification is completed, Redsys informs MIFARMA that the purchase is being made by the card holder, so that the process can be completed. If the identification has not been satisfactory, Redsys informs MIFARMA so that it proceeds accordingly.

This way of payment is immediate, at the moment in which the Client makes the payment, MIFARMA receives it, processing his order (after verification that the data is correct) and is not compatible with promos.

2.7.- And, if I have not made the purchase, what can I do?

If you detect that an undue or fraudulent charge has been made on the card used for purchases, you must immediately contact us and your bank; with us through email or telephone, in the shortest possible time so that we can make the necessary arrangements. MIFARMA reserves the right to provide gift vouchers and/or promotional coupons or discount vouchers to users and visitors of, as deemed appropriate.

4.1 Returns

  • The period available for returns is 14 days from receipt of the order. After these 14 days, the return cannot be made.
  • The Customer can return the complete order or only a part of it.

  • In the case of voluntary return, the customer will have to bear the shipping costs.
  • The products must be in the same condition in which they were received and must keep the packaging intact. If the quality control, upon receiving it, finds that the product has been opened or manipulated, the return will not be accepted and the customer will have to pay the new shipping costs to receive it again.   • As soon as we receive the returned product and carry out the necessary checks, the refund will be made to the same account through which the payment was made in a maximum of 14 calendar days. For the refund, the discounts applied at the time of the order will be taken into consideration.
  • We do not accept returns of food products such as baby milk, baby food, food supplements, etc. because once delivered we lose the quality control on them. For reasons of hygiene we do not accept returns of containment bands, underwear, glasses, braces, sex toys or any other intimate accessories, face masks, among others.

4.2 Claims

  • Once the order has been delivered, the customer must check that all products are the correct ones. It is necessary to keep the products with the packaging and the box until you check that there is no problem with the order.
  • If the customer does not notice any damage in the package when it is delivered, or but realizes when he opens it that there are damage caused by transport, or the order is incomplete , he must notify MIFARMA within the following 24 hours, attaching evidence of what happened (photos, videos, etc.). Otherwise, the order will be considered to have been received without problems.
  • Once this period of time has passed, both the courier and Mifarma will consider that the material sent is in perfect condition and will not take responsibility for any defects.
  • In the event that the product does not comply with the characteristics of the descriptive sheet of the web page or in the event that the product is defective, the customer must contact Mifarma through the Customer Care within 48 hours after receiving the package. We will get back to you with the instructions to follow in this case as soon as possible.


In accordance with Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, MIFARMA recognizes the right of withdrawal of any purchase made in within a maximum period of 14 days natural from the moment the Customer received the product. The Client must return or deliver the goods directly, without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than within 14 calendar days from the date on which he communicates his decision to withdraw from the contract. If this were not the case, this withdrawal can not be exercised. The returns department will verify that everything is correct and in perfect condition, giving authorization to the Administration Dept. and will notify the Client via email.

5.1.- Products not subject to the right of withdrawal.

In accordance with article 103 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of November 16, which approves the Revised Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws, it will not be possible to request the right of withdrawal in relation to:

"The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to:

d)The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly.

e) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery ".

According to the normative in force, we do not accept returns of food products such as baby milk, baby food, food supplements, etc. due to the quality control of the same is lost. Guarantee of the products

The guarantee offered by MIFARMA will be invalid under the following circumstances:

- Improper hitting and/or transport,

- Handling of any seal or identification/control label,

- Normal wear by use.

The client undertakes to make a lawful use of the Services, without contravening current legislation, or injuring the rights and interests of third parties.
